The only j-rap I listen to is ShakkaZombie and the Samurai Champloo OST which are hip-hopish. I don't really like the rest. I heard a Kick the Can Crew song I did like though.

I'm moving this topic over to the Anime Music and Jpop forum.

I hate rap. Sorry, I just do. Still, the song "Y.E.N. (Zoku Gennama Ni Karadawo Hare)" by Rhymester was so funny that I had to download it.

I like it, as far as I know its not all about sex, drugs, and money like here, or at least im completely oblivous to it thanks to my lack of comprehension of Japanese. I'd perfer the first to be true

I agree with that XD
But the raps are actually getting better too now^.^....i mean at least its not like here in brooklyn...>_>...
excuse my lack of proffessional language as i tell you the lyrics to one of the songs here ...<_<

"get down girl go 'head get down, i gotta touch u, lick you, f*** you, suck you..." thank god Japanese songs dont say stuff like that... O_o
(At least I hope not O.O) M-flo and soul'd out! XD

well im not really a big fan of rap anyways...but i'd definitely choose japanese rap over english...the only english rapper i can stand is eminem...just because not ALL his songs involve sex, or drugs, or something like that...(all tho some of them do O_O )

That had to of been one of the most ignorant statements I've ever read on KRF or anywhere else.

Not to flame you or anything, but anyone who "assumes" that just because the songs are in Japanese, that they're not as bad or worse than English songs, is someone who deserve a healthy dose of reality. I would recommend looking up lyrics or, even better, learning the language before assuming that something is cleaner than an English equivalent. For all you know, you could be swearing up and down without even knowing it. :?

There are some rare J-rap songs I can tolerate (Shiroi Yami no Naka from Shakkazombie for instance).
I don't like the whole rapgenre though, in any language. I prefer hearing people sing.
I'm not allowed to talk to Satan.

Why is everyone so mean to me? I don't want to be stamped! T_T

Is Orange range considered rap? hm..

Excluding them I (sorta) like soul'd out and RIP slyme.
